i cant play at home =((

hi guys what should i do? when ever im at home i cant vote i cant even go to the website...
when ever i go to the website it will try to load for about 5 mins but in the end it will say that google cant find the website and when ever i go the the game i always get the "Failed to connect to server" error message... at work i can play no prob but at home i cant..... what do i do? please help
